1. Your right to cancel your order
Occasionally, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you ordered the item. You can cancel your order by sending us an email or a letter notifying us about the items you want to return.
Important when you cancel your order:
- You have to return the goods to us in the condition we sent it to you
- You have to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. This especially means:
- do not damage the packaging
- do not use the goods outside or in a dirty environment (Bobby-Car wheels need to stay clean)
- Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective within the warranty.
- We will refund you the money you paid when you ordered including standard postal charge for sending it to you. Please note that you have to pay postal charges for returning the item to us.
2. Warranty
Bobby-Cars and accessories are made to last a long time and go through tough quality checks. However, should you have received a product of minor quality, please contact us before posting any faulty goods to us. Please always keep your email receipt of your purchase and any documents stating a manufacturer's warranty.
- If the product becomes faulty within 6 months after purchase, your are entitled to a refund or resupply of goods.
- If your product becomes faulty after 6 months but before 12 months from purchase, please contact us to discuss your warranty options.
- If your product becomes faulty after 12 months from purchase, please check your product packaging. All of BIG's products have an extended manufacturer warranty of up to 3 years.
3. Acceptance of orders
We reserve the right to not accept an order. In this case we will refund you all monies paid towards that order.
